First time trying Baylee’s I ordered the crispy pork roll and it was a 10/10!!! The roll had fresh vegetables and the filling were very full. I had the first bite and was absolutely mind blown with the flavour. The coffee and the smoothies were so good too . The place was very clean and the lady owner Baylee was so nice and very attentive to me and my family. Good attitude and good food

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled upon Baylee’s Pork Rolls & Pies in Camden on a Friday arvo and was pleasantly surprised. They serve a wide variety of food from pork rolls to pies, plus coffee and even fresh cinnamon donuts. I came in specifically to try their crispy pork banh mi ($13). It was made fresh to order and came out in about 5 minutes. First impressions were great – the roll was well-stuffed with plenty of filling, very meaty with a nice crunch from the crispy bits (though I wish there were a few more). The flavour was balanced overall, even if the pork itself leaned a little plain for my taste. Still, it was fresh, filling, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I asked Baylee (the lovely owner) if I could buy just one donut to try, but since they’re made in batches she said it might not be possible. To my surprise, while I was eating my banh mi she came over with a donut for me to try on the house. That kind of thoughtful gesture goes a long way – it really shows she values her customers. I would have rated the food a solid 4 stars, but Baylee’s kindness and genuine customer service makes this a 5-star experience. Can’t wait to come back and try their pies next time!

Came here today (ANZAC day) and they were one of the only coffee shops open at 5pm. We had the pleasure of getting a fantastic coffee and even got a free donut! These were simply amazing. I would highly recommend coming here if you want a pie or a banh mi roll as they have a massive selection. Customer service was fantastic as well.

I was invited for lunch to try the pork rolls and even though I have driven up and down camden a trillion times, I really had trouble finding bayles . Located across the road from shoe talk in camden, is this incredible pork roll and pie bakery. I had the chicken snitzel roll with gravy. Now if you follow me, you will know I'm always on the hunt for my favourite pork rolls. I have gone as far as Campbelltown to oran park in my search, but I'm happy to announce that the search is over and it was on my doorstep the whole time. The bread roll is so light, chewy, yet crunchy. I rate it to be better than annies bakery in camden and they are good. After I had my first bite, I was already craving the taste, even though I hadn't finished it. My friends who invited me had the crispy pork rolls, and this was the second day in a row they visited for lunch. Whilst sitting outside eating, the pork rolls were flying out the door. Extremely popular place for lunch. They also have pies and cinnamon doughnuts, which I did have, but forgot to photograph. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly, fast and accommodating staff Wheelchair accessible parking and entry. I really recommend this place for lunch.

Overall, whilst not the best pork roll I have ever tasted, I received some incredible service whilst here. The group I was with took some pork rolls and Vietnamese coffee and we were given a small bag of donuts to try, fresh out of the oven which were great. The coffee was really good! The pricing seems reasonable for the crispy pork rolls, though some of the other options were definitely on the steeper side compared to what you find a couple of suburbs down.
